Chiropractor

Seth Richter D.C.

Dr. Seth grew up in Bismarck, North Dakota, and later moved to Minnesota where he graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences in 2006.

Following graduation, he moved to Ohio to mentor within one of the largest chiropractic offices in the world. Here he learned how to care for a wide variety of patient needs that only working in a large practice can offer.

Dr. Seth first became interested in chiropractic when he saw how regular, wellness care benefited his brother who suffered from seizures most of his life. Doctors continually prescribed him more and more medication, which eventually attacked his liver. His brother later started seeing a chiropractor and since then has not had seizures and is off ALL of his medications! Dr. Seth’s mom also experienced great results under chiropractic care and no longer has gall bladder problems.

Dr. Seth’s own life also changed under chiropractic care. After fracturing his low back when he was 14 years old, doctors told him he would never play sports again or any form of physical labor by the time he was in his 30’s. The only “relief” they offered was through painkillers, muscle relaxers, and eventual surgeries. Needless to say, Dr. Seth found hope through chiropractic and now desires to bring the same hope of health, healing, and life to others in this community.

Dr. Seth has learned advanced chiropractic techniques, enabling him to give the best and most effective care to his community. His mission is to serve as many people as possible, enabling families to live healthy-drug-free lives, the way God has created us! Associate Chiropractor

JOHN HOEFFNER D.C.

I’m Dr. John Hoeffner. My wife and I have 3 energetic dogs. I enjoy biking, tennis, and cracking jokes, not spines. (Spines are adjusted, not cracked!).

My first experience with chiropractic occurred as a freshman in college. While competing on the tennis and swim teams, I threw out my back and traditional American health care advised me to stop competing in both sports for 6 weeks. Being very active, this was not an option for me! I reluctantly received my first chiropractic adjustment. I quickly returned to playing tennis and swimming and doing so better than ever before. Chiropractic changed my life and transformed the way I thought about health.

Because of this life-changing experience, I decided to attend Life College of Chiropractic just outside of Atlanta. Upon graduation, I opened my own practice in Georgia and served the area for 10 years. Wanting to get back to the Midwest and family, I joined Anchor Chiropractic in January 2020. I specialize in the Atlas Orthogonal upper cervical technique.

I was first introduced to chiropractic in high school after several sports injuries. Since then, I have grown in my appreciation for chiropractic and its essential role in holistic, lifelong health and well-being.

Kandy Dallum

My name is Kandy. As the front desk chiropractic assistant at Anchor, I’m the first person you will see when you walk into the office and I will always greet you with a smile.

I joined the team in September 2016 and love working for a health-oriented, truly caring, treat you like family practice. Not only have I benefited from chiropractic care but I get to see amazing results for others every day. I live in the surrounding area with my husband and have two amazing sons. I enjoy spending time with my family, going fishing, and working on crafts, especially with wood.

Massage Therapist

Erin Vlasak L.M.T.

My name is Erin and I'm the Massage Therapist here at Anchor. I've always wanted to work in a chiropractic setting and be more on the health side of Massage Therapy, so I am very excited to be here and be able to offer this service to you! I offer 30, 60, and 90 minute massages and specialize in medium-deep tissue work, and I'm currently working to become certified in Craniosacral Therapy!

Kailey Anderson

My family and I began as patients at Anchor Chiropractic in 2017, and after experiencing the positive and encouraging atmosphere of the office—as well as the undeniable progress in all our health journeys— I knew I needed to work here. I am passionate about chiropractic, nutrition, exercise science, and holistic care in general, but perhaps more importantly, I love working with people.

When the opportunity arose to join the team to work in direct patient care in November 2025, I was thrilled! Now you’ll find me scheduling you at the front desk, talking your ear off or making a bad joke, working with you using our glorious Softwave machine, recommending supplements, or designing and giving a how-to on your exercise scrip. Being someone of countless interests, I have science degrees in early childhood development, allied health science, and psychology. These all work seamlessly together to cater to people of all ages, which is exactly what I find purpose in—helping others!

While I now feel thoroughly familiar with the Midwest way of life, I haven’t always lived here. I come from the beautiful Pacific Northwest, spending time in both Washington and Oregon, but the military brought my family to Minnesota in 2016, and I fell in love with this land of lakes! These days, you’ll see my husband and I, along with our daughter, son, and adorable dogs taking our camper out exploring, traveling by plane to a faraway place, or creating family memories in other adventurous ways.
